What Data We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (encrypted, never stored as plain text). Furnace design projects, calculation inputs, and files you upload are stored in our database and file storage. Supplier accounts also provide a company name and contact details.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to manage your account, provide the calculation and design services you request, run supplier quote workflows, and send you service-related notifications. We do not send marketing emails.

Third Parties

Your data is processed by Supabase (our database and file storage provider), our SMTP email notification provider, and Vercel (our hosting infrastructure). We do not share your data with advertising or analytics networks.

Data Security

Your password is stored using irreversible encryption, and session cookies are set as httpOnly (not accessible via browser JavaScript). Supplier logins use a separate JWT-based authentication system.

Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, data outside our legal retention obligations is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
