Parties

These Terms of Service are entered into between [ADENCON MÜHENDİSLİK — LEGAL NAME/COMPANY REGISTRY NO/TAX ID/ADDRESS TO BE ADDED] ("SmartFurnace" or the "Platform") and the individual or legal entity using the platform (the "User").

Scope of Service

SmartFurnace is an engineering software (SaaS) service for designing and sizing industrial vacuum heat-treatment furnaces and managing supplier quote workflows.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account security and for all activity carried out through your account. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date, and keep your password confidential.

Supplier Accounts

Supplier accounts are managed through a separate authentication system from customer accounts and may only be used to participate in quote workflows. Registering as a supplier does not by itself create a separate commercial relationship with Adencon Mühendislik.

Usage Rules

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the platform's normal operation (e.g. excessive load, exploiting security vulnerabilities).

Intellectual Property

The software, design engine, calculation algorithms, and content on the platform belong to Adencon Mühendislik. Design data you create for your own projects belongs to you.

Pricing

The platform offers free and paid subscription plans. Upgrades to a paid plan are currently processed manually; self-serve online payment will be available soon. See our Pricing page for current plan details.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Calculation results are an engineering aid; final engineering decisions and pre-production verification remain the responsibility of the user/engineer.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [COMPETENT COURT/CITY TO BE ADDED].

Note for European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the choice of governing law and jurisdiction above does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the law of your country of residence; those rights remain reserved.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the email address associated with your account.
